The WSR-800LA is a wheel-type glass panel lifter that carries, tilts and installs a glass panel on one compact chassis. Two 500×800mm suction cups on dual pumps and dual vacuum circuits grip the panel, and the two-stage boom lifts it to 4600mm with 1150mm of arm extension, so shopfront glazing, canopy glass, partition glass and interior glass fit-out are handled from a single machine position.

 

Capacity is stated as load against arm extension rather than as one headline figure, and three load curves of 800kg, 500kg and 300kg are published with the machine, so the rating for your own panel weight and reach can be read off the curve before you order. The chassis steers and drives under remote control, so one operator moves the machine and controls the panel from the same handset.

 

All movements are electric and wireless remote controlled, and the main parameters are visible on the controller while the machine is working, so the operator can see the working state without leaving the load. A 24V battery pack gives 6 to 8 working hours per charge.

3. Full suction frame articulation. 360° endless rotating, 0-180° tilting, 90° side turning on both sides, ±50mm side shifting and ±75mm up-and-down shifting, all electrically operated, let one operator set a panel square to the opening without a second person guiding it.

 

4. Wheel-type chassis that steers and drives under remote control. The machine is driven and steered from the handset rather than walked, so the operator stays clear of the load and can reposition the whole machine without climbing down, which saves time on every panel.

 

5. Main parameters visible in the controller while the machine works. The operator can read the working state from the handset instead of guessing, which matters on a lifting job where the load has to be set down accurately.

 

6. Millimetre-level speed available, so a heavy panel can be placed slowly and a light panel moved at working speed on the same machine, with one operator and no second person guiding.

The machine uses most common hardware parts, so parts can be bought locally from a hardware or forklift parts supplier rather than shipped from us, and if the machine does break down we guide the repair by video and repair instruction. One year quality guarantee including the battery, wheels not included; if it breaks down within one year we send the parts free of charge. The battery life span is up to 4 years if maintained according to our maintenance manual.
