The Fully Automatic Inspection Machine is a fully automatic detection and sorting machine that integrates optics, electronics, and machinery. The entire equipment is divided into a main control system and a mechanical transmission system. It can perform eddy current testing , Size Inspection ,and Vision Inspection. During the inspection process, the inspected work piece is completely rotated, and the inspected surface of the work piece is scanned by a point probe, which can detect various parts of the work piece that need to be inspected. Compared with magnetic particle flaw detectors, automated flaw detection can further ensure product quality and effectively replace manual magnetic particle flaw detection caused by human factors.
