Magnesium Wire
Magnesium wire for a variety of forging magnesium alloy and casting magnesium alloy, widely used in optical instruments, aerospace, automotive parts and civil magnesium products and crafts welding, is used to weld the repair of magnesium alloy fracture, cracks, trachoma porosity of the special magnesium alloy wire.

production process

1)Preheat the magnesium-aluminum alloy and magnesium-zinc alloy;

2) melt pure magnesium ingot in iron crucible, add flux, add mixture of magnesium-aluminum and magnesium-zinc alloys in three times after pure magnesium ingot is completely melted in 5-7min, 10-12min and 15-17min; sprinkle the flux to protect the melt to get the magnesium alloy melt; remove slag after stirring and degassing;

3) casting ingot by casting machine on semi-continuous casting machine after resting to get magnesium alloy ingot;

4) using 2500T, 400T extruder respectively, the magnesium alloy ingot casting in two times the method of melting to get the ingot with grain size less than 100 microns, and then extruded twice to get magnesium wire.
