Double lumen endotracheal tube is designed to isolate the left lung and right lung, prevent the affected lung from contaminating the healthy lung, achieve good lung isolation and single-lung ventilation purpose, prevent cross-infection and pathogen spread, avoid lung inflation on the surgical side, ensure unobstructed airway. The endobronchial tube usually consists of a PVC tube with two cuffs in different colors, 2 pcs of suction catheter, 1 stylet which will facilitate the intubation of the endobronchial tube
