Function of tile leveler

Types and usage methods of tile levelers

1. Wedge style

Composed of push pliers, wedges, and a base, the push pliers and wedges can be reused, while the base cannot.

The common base sizes on the market are 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, and 3mm. The difference in base is mainly based on the width of the gap left by the customer's ceramic tiles.

The purpose is to adjust the size of the gaps in the middle of the tiles, making them neat and beautiful, and ensuring that the gaps between the tiles are consistent and even. The main purpose is to reserve space for thermal expansion and contraction, avoiding tile hollowing caused by thermal expansion and contraction compression.
