A component is cream-white liquid with specified viscosity and density at 40℃. B component appears yellowish transparent liquid or waxy solid. Both are packed in 225kg drums.
For processing, preheat raw materials at 50-60℃ for 6-10 hours. Control material temperature and mixing ratio strictly, with fixed cream time, rise time, mold temperature and demolding time. Standard additives shall be added proportionally.
The 6mm sample has qualified density, hardness, tensile strength, elongation and tear strength. It shows no crack after 30,000 times Ross flexing. Demolding time needs extending for thicker soles. All data are for reference only in actual production.
