Raw Material Properties:
- A-2250H: Cream white liquid, viscosity 800~1200 mPa·s/40℃, density 1.01~1.02 g/cm³/40℃, 210kg package
- B-8580H: Yellowish transparent liquid or waxy solid, viscosity 400~600 mPa·s/40℃, density 1.08~1.2 g/cm³/40℃, 225kg package
Processing Parameters:
- Preheat: 70~90℃ for 6~10 hours
- A/B temp: 40~45/38~42℃
- Mix ratio (A+C/B): 100/70~72 by weight
- Cream time: 6~8s, Rise time: 40~50s
- Mold temp: 55~65℃, Demold time: 3~4min
Physical Properties (6mm sample):
- Molded density: 0.26~0.35 g/cm³
- Hardness: 40~55 Shore C
- Tensile strength: 4.0~6.0 MPa
- Elongation: 250~400%
- Tear strength: 18~26 kN/m
- Ross Flexing (100,000 times): No crack
