Characteristics and Applications

1. The pneumatic three-way flange ball valves adopts an integrated structure in terms of structure, with a sealing type of 4-sided valve seats, flange connections, and can be matched with flange gate valves,high reliability, and lightweight design.

2. Ball valves are divided into two types: single acting and double acting. The characteristic of single acting is that once the power source fails, the valves will be in the state required by the control system.

Installation and Debugging

The installation of pneumatic three-way flange stainless steel ball valve requires ensuring a dry, dust-free, vibration free, and non corrosive environment for valve installation. Before installation, the pipeline should be cleaned to ensure that no impurities enter the interior of the valve. During installation, the direction of the valve should be consistent with the direction of the pipeline for ease of operation and maintenance. During the debugging phase, it is necessary to conduct opening and closing tests on the valve, check whether the valve is stable and free of jamming, and conduct pneumatic performance tests to ensure the accurate and sensitive action of the actuator.
