In some cases, there may be PVC pipes with direct heads that do not require the use of glue. This design allows for mechanical connection, making it easy to disassemble and reuse

Installation steps

Pipe cutting: Cut the PVC water pipe to the appropriate size using a saw according to the required length and angle.
Pipe end face treatment: Use a scraper and sandpaper to polish the pipe end face, ensuring that the glue can adhere evenly.
Glue application: Apply specialized PVC glue evenly on the end face and inside the direct head of the pipeline. This glue is non-toxic and suitable for PVC water supply pipe, PVC drainage pipe, and PVC conduit. Be careful not to apply too much.
Joint combination: Insert the pipe end coated with glue into the direct head and rotate it moderately to ensure even distribution of glue.
Fixed pipeline: Use a wrench or other tool to secure the direct head to the pipeline, ensuring a secure connection.
Waiting for drying: Before the glue dries, avoid applying force to the pipeline, usually waiting for about 24 hours.

The installation of PVC direct joints requires careful and patient work, and the correct installation method can effectively ensure the long-term stable operation of the pipeline system. During the entire installation process, not only should attention be paid to the accuracy of operation, but also to safety protection to ensure personal safety.
