The HBY Buffer Rings product is designed to work in conjunction with piston rods in order to effectively absorb shock and handle fluctuating pressure, especially when subjected to high loads. Additionally, it is capable of isolating high temperature fluids and enhancing the overall durability of the seal. The sliding lip of the seal features specially shaped front grooves that help relieve back pressure, ultimately eliminating any pressure build-up between the Rod Seals and the damper.
Key specifications of the HBY O Rings Seals include a working pressure of 500MPa, a speed limit of ≤1m/s, and a working temperature range of 35 to +100℃. This product is compatible with general purpose petroleum-based hydraulic oil. The material used for the buffer rings is Polyurethane, which ensures optimal performance and longevity.
