Features and size introduction of cored wire

Cored wire is a kind of cored wire used to adjust the carbon content in molten steel. Compared with other carbon collector products, cored wire for metallurgy has the following advantages: purify molten steel inclusions; improve the mechanical properties of cast steel. Its advantage is to improve alloy efficiency, reduce alloy consumption, thereby reducing steelmaking costs and achieving the ultimate economic benefits of each user.

The diameter of the cored wire products produced by our factory is 13mm±0.5mm, and the carbon purity is 90%, 95% to 98%. Customized specifications are also acceptable. The thickness range of steel strip (belt) is 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6mm. The cored wire machine produced with our new technology is firmly wrapped and will not spit out or leak.
