Application:

Check whether the maximum force required to pull the plug out of the socket and the minimum force required to pull the single-pole pin out of the socket assembly are within the range specified by the standard.

Test Purpose:

l Plug-and-pull force testing is designed to ensure that the structure of electrical accessories prevents the plug from being difficult to pull out due to excessive insertion force.

l Durability testing involves repeated insertion and removal actions multiple times to ensure that the plug can still meet the requirements for insertion and removal force and remain securely in the socket after long-term use.

Socket for household or similar purposes

Technical Parameters:

l Equipped with one GB6A two-pin plug, one GB10A three-pin plug, one GB16A three-pin plug, and one standard 10A and 16A test pin each.

l Comes with a set of weights, allowing for a cumulative force of 100N in pull-out force tests, with additional weight providing 1/10 of the test force.

l Operation method: Manual.

l Includes one safety lanyard to prevent damage from dropped test plugs during use.
