When the labeling machine is temporarily idle, unplug the power supply and cover it with a dust-proof cloth to prevent dust from falling on the labeling machine. In addition, the high-temperature belt of the automatic labeling machine must be disinfected regularly in order to better ensure the high-quality operation of the labeling machine.


The structure of the automatic labeling machine mainly includes the following parts:

1) Peel the board. There is an angle with one end of the board (usually less than 30 °) to make the label easy to mark and separate from the base paper when the base paper changes direction through the stripping board, so as to reach contact with the label object.
2) Guide roller. It is composed of upper and lower parts, which plays the role of guiding and positioning coil material.
3) Buffer wheel. The work is related to the spring. It can swing back and forth. The purpose is to absorb the tension of coiled material when the equipment is started, keep the material in contact with the roller and prevent the material from breaking.
4) Drive roller. It is composed of a group of driving friction wheels. Usually one is a rubber roller, the other is a metal roller, and the backing paper passes between them. The function is to drive the coil to realize normal labeling.
5) Winding wheel. It is a driving wheel with friction transmission device, which is used to wind up the backing paper after labeling. The rotation of the paper receiving wheel does not interfere with the paper feeding of the driving wheel, and the synchronous transmission is adjusted by the friction device.
6) Labeling roller. Stick the label on the backing paper evenly on the object to be pasted.
7) Unwinding wheel. It is a driven wheel for placing the label. The friction braking device with adjustable friction is usually installed to control the speed and tension of the drum and keep the paper conveying stable.
