140-2 Oil press machine for linseed oil:The pressed linseed oil will contain some solid impurities, such as linseed fragments, proteins and so on. Through preliminary filtration, these impurities can be removed to obtain a clearer linseed oil.

Refining (optional): In order to further improve the quality and stability of linseed oil, may need to be refined. Refining process includes deacidification, degumming, decolorization, deodorization and other steps to remove free fatty acids, phospholipids, pigments and odor substances in the oil.

Re-filtering & Storage: Flaxseed oil that has been refined (if done) is filtered again to remove any residual impurities. It is then stored in clean, dry, light-proof containers to maintain its freshness and quality.

Precautions

During the whole pressing process, clean and hygienic operating environment should be ensured to avoid contamination of linseed oil.

The selection and operation of the press should comply with safety regulations to avoid accidents.

The pressing process should control the appropriate temperature and time to ensure that the quality of linseed oil and nutrients are not damaged.

Waste after pressing (such as linseed cake) should be properly disposed of to minimize the impact on the environment.
