LINGWO UV4043 is a a single-component ,UV curable adhesive ,It is acrylic adhesive .This UV adhesive has a high concentration and does not flow. It is widely used in BGA corner bonding, bottom reinforcement, and dam enclosure. It has fast fixing speed (up to high bonding strength in 30 seconds), does not require heating, curing, or vacuuming, is easy and fast to operate, has a smooth and bright surface without bubbles, strong adhesion, low shrinkage rate of the cured gel, stable physical properties, good moisture and flame retardant insulation performance, and excellent resistance to high and low temperatures and chemical corrosion. The neutral acrylic ester formula has been improved to have no corrosion to chips and substrates.
