Description:
Complete MMT hydraulic cylinder arrangements actuate numerous machine components ranging from steering controls to refined movement of blades, buckets or other attachments.

Cylinder Barrel: A sealed container filled with hydraulic oil.

Piston: Divides the cylinder into two chambers (rod-side chamber/rod-less chamber), moving under pressure differences.

Piston Rod: Connects the piston to external loads, transmitting thrust or pull force.

Sealing System (Seals): Prevents hydraulic oil leakage and maintains system pressure.

Working Process

Pressurization Stage: The hydraulic pump injects high-pressure oil into one side of the cylinder (e.g., the rod-less chamber), pushing the piston towards the other side.

Working Stage: The piston rod extends or retracts, driving mechanical components (such as excavator booms or loader buckets) to complete lifting, pushing, or pulling actions.

Oil Return Stage: Low-pressure oil from the other chamber returns to the oil tank, and the cycle repeats.
