The working principle of the inner ring gear of the loader drive axle mainly involves the process of power transmission and conversion. In the transmission system of the loader, the power is first transmitted from the flywheel of the diesel engine, and then transmitted to the gearbox after passing through the torque converter. The power output by the gearbox is transmitted to the drive axle through the front and rear output flanges and the drive shaft. Inside the drive axle, the power is transmitted from the active bevel gear to the spiral bevel gear, and then through the differential, half-shaft gears and half-shafts, and finally to the sun gear of the wheel-side reducer. The wheel-side reducer adopts a planetary reduction method in which the ring gear is fixed to the drive axle housing, and the inner ring gear is fixed to the wheel-side supports at both ends of the axle housing by splines to keep it fixed. The planetary carrier and the rim bolt are fixed as one, so the rim and the planetary carrier rotate together, and the power is transmitted to the bottom of the planetary carrier through the half-shaft and the sun gear. In this way, the power of the loader can be effectively transmitted to the wheels, realizing the driving and operation of the loader.
