DRUG NAME：Spectinomycin Hydrochlorider Soluble Powder

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Spectinomycin Hydrochlorider

CHARACTER: White powder

PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION: It is an aminoglycoside antibiotic and has moderate inhibitory

effect on many gram-negative bacilli, such as Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Shigella, Proteus and so on.It is sensitive to streptococcus, pneumococcus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and some mycoplasma (such as mycoplasma gallinarum, Mycoplasma Turkey, Mycoplasma synovium, mycoplasma poris nasal, mycoplasma poris synovium, etc.). It is not sensitive to streptococcus viridis and Staphylococcus aureus. Pseudomonas aeruginosa and treponema are usually resistant.

Intestinal bacteria had extensive resistance to macroscopycin, but did not show cross-resistance

with streptomycin. Pharmacokinetics only 7% was absorbed after internal administration, but high concentrations were maintained in the gastrointestinal tract. Subcutaneous or intramuscular injection was well absorbed, and the blood concentration reached its peak about 1 hour later. The tissue concentration of the drug is lower than the serum concentration. It is not easy to enter the cerebrospinal fluid or the eye, and the binding rate of plasma protein is not high. Most drugs are excreted by glomerular filtration in their original form.

DRUG INTERACTION: (1) Combined with lincomycin, it can significantly increase the antibacterial activity against mycoplasma and expand the antibacterial spectrum.

(2) Lincomycin combined with anticholinesterase drugs can reduce the efficacy of the latter.

(3) Combined with erythromycin has antagonistic effect.

(4) Combined with opioid analgesics, can lead to prolonged respiratory depression or

cause respiratory paralysis.

FUNCTION AND USE: Aminoglycoside antibiotics. For Gram-negative bacteria and mycoplasmainfection,

USAGE AND DOSAGE: 1 liter of water per 100 grams, 1 to 2 grams of chicken. Use for 3 to 5 days.

ADVERSE REACTION: Daguanomycin is relatively less toxic to animals and rarely causes nephrotoxicity and ototoxicity. However, like other aminoglycosides, they can cause neuromuscular blocking.

MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION: Do not use during egg laying.
