Tylosin Tartrate

Drug Name: Tetracycline Tartrate Soluble Powder

Talidomycin is a macrolide antibiotic specifically designed for animals, exhibiting potent activity against Mycoplasma.

[Mechanism of Action]: Tylosin is absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract after oral administration. In pigs, the peak plasma concentration is reached within 1 hour after ingestion, whereas tylosin phosphate is less absorbed. After absorption, the concentration of tylosin in injected organs is 2–3 times higher than that in oral administration, but it is difficult to penetrate the cerebrospinal fluid.

[Drug Interactions]:

(1) Concomitant use is not recommended with other macrolides, lincosamides, or amide alcohols due to shared target mechanisms.

(2) When used in combination with β-lactams, it exhibits antagonistic effects.

[Action and Use]：Macrolide antibiotics. Indicated for Gram-positive bacterial and mycoplasma infections in poultry.

[Dosage and Administration]：For this product only. For mixed consumption: 2.5g per 1L of water, for 3-5 consecutive days.

[Precautions] ：Contraindicated during the laying period of laying hens.

[Drug withdrawal period] ：1 day for chickens.
