Applications: Primarily used in precision hardware continuous metal stamping dies, this die is a core component of the mold, working in conjunction with carbide punches to shear, punch, or form the material.

Production Process: First, rough machining is performed to approximate dimensions. Heat treatment is then performed to achieve high hardness and stability. Precision grinding is performed using a surface grinder to ensure the platen's smoothness and parallelism. Multiple wire cuts are then performed to create the critical cavity holes with extreme precision. Deburring and polishing are then performed as required. Finally, quality inspection uses measuring instruments to conduct full-dimensional inspection of all hole diameters, hole spacing, and perpendicularity to ensure compliance with the design drawings.
