How to use the tile leveler push clamp

The push clamp of the tile leveler is mainly used to push the wedge during the tile laying process to adjust the flatness and gap of the tiles. The following are detailed usage steps:

Structural understanding: Push clamping pliers are usually composed of clamp arm one and clamp arm two, with clamp arm one being a horizontal straight arm and clamp arm two being a vertical bent arm. The clamping plate is vertically distributed with the clamp arm and is fixed by sliding on the clamp arm through adjusting the clamping device. The lateral bending arm between handle one and clamp arm two is hinged, and the hinge angle is adjusted through an adjusting device.

Operation process:

Before use, adjust the position of the clamp plate and clamp arm one as needed, as well as the hinge angle of the transverse bending arm between handle one and clamp arm two, to ensure that the push clamp can easily push the wedge block into the slot of the leveler during use.

When laying tiles, align the push pliers with the wedge position of the leveler, apply force to push the wedge into the slot of the leveler, thereby fixing the position of the tiles and adjusting the flatness.

Attention: During use, ensure that all components of the tightening pliers are in the best working condition to avoid jamming or poor sliding during use, in order to ensure the laying effect.
