Usage Process of EYH Two - Dimensional Mixing and Drying Machine
1. Preparation before production: Carefully check whether the electrical components are working properly, whether all parts of the machine rotate flexibly, and whether the discharge valve is in a closed state.
2. Loading: Jog the swing button to make the feeding end slightly above the horizontal plane. Then turn off the swing motor button, open the feeding - end cover, and add materials. The feeding amount should be strictly controlled within 50% of the cylinder volume. After feeding, be sure to tightly cover and fasten the cover.
3. Mixing: Turn on the swing motor and at the same time turn on the rotation motor to start the mixing operation. The mixing time is usually controlled within 10 - 15 minutes, and a timer can be used to set the time for accurate control.
4. Discharging: Jog the swing button to make the discharge valve at the lowest position, stop swinging, place the hopper, open the butterfly valve, and turn on the discharge button for discharging. After discharging, promptly close the discharge butterfly valve.
5. Cleaning (when changing products): Close the discharge butterfly valve, jog the swing button to make the feeding end at a lower position, open the feeding cover, tighten the water - discharge port screw cap, add tap water accounting for 10 - 20% of the cylinder volume, cover and fasten it tightly. Turn on the swing motor and the rotation motor, and stop the machine after 10 - 15 minutes of cleaning. Jog the swing motor to make the feeding end at a lower position, jog the rotation button to make the water - discharge port of the feeding end above the horizontal plane, remove the screw cap, connect the water - discharge pipe, place the water bucket, jog the rotation button to make the water - discharge port at the lowest position for water discharge. After the water is discharged, use a clean mop to dry the remaining water adhering to the inner wall of the cylinder. After natural air - drying for 6 - 8 hours, screw on the water - discharge port screw cap, and then production can be carried out again.
