We provide high quality aluminum profile heatsinks and heatsink plates. The surface of alumium heatsink could be with different colors of surface treatment of anodizing.
The show product's heat sinks application: We make LED lighting panel boards with SAA, RoHS, CE certifications, the machining plates are for LED lightings and ceiling panels. They could be cnc machined or machining panel boards, and those are electrical construction components. The post machined panel board is with complex enclosed features.
Materials of ceiling lighting panel board could be aluminum 60 or 70 series. This type is applied for emergency devices panel and it is with many riveting studs to connect and stand the top panel on it. To finish this whole product, it requires much much long cnc processing time. Strict quality check and inspect are also be carried out during the processings.
