XPS Extruded Polystyrene Board 

Extruded Sheet is a kind of cladding material and divided into two kinds: expansive EPS and continuous extrusion type XPS. Compared with EPS sheet, XPS plate is the third generation of rigid foam insulation material. It overcomes the complicated production process of EPS board from technology, and has the superior performance that EPS board can not replace. It is a plate with continuous and uniform surface layer and closed cell honeycomb structure produced by extrusion process of polystyrene resin and other additives. There is no gap in these thick plates of honeycomb structure. The thermal insulation material of closed cell structure can have different pressures (150-500kpa) and the same low thermal conductivity (only 0.028w / m.k) And long-lasting excellent thermal insulation and compressive properties, and the compressive strength can reach 220-500kpa.It is a commonly used material for cold-formed Steel Framing construction.

XPS is an extruded polystyrene insulation manufactured through a plastic extrusion process. The resulting boards are almost 100% closed cell, strong, highly moisture resistant and easy to cut and shape.

XPS foam board widely used in wall insulation, low-temperature storage facilities, parking platform, the airport runway, construction of concrete roof and the structure of the roof, highways and other areas of moisture-proof enexpensive industry material.
