Granule Fluid Bed Drying Equipment Principle

When air is purified and heated, it is introduced from the bottom of induced-draft fan and passed through the screen plate of raw material. In working chamber, the state of fluidization is formed through stirring and negative effect. The moisture is evaporated and removed rapidly and the raw material is dried quickly.

Granule Fluidized Dryer Application

1. Suitable for drying humidity block or powder raw material in the fields such as pharmaceutical, foodstuff, feed stuff, chemical industries and so on

2. Use screw to extrude and vibrate granule and granulate the granule with the method of humidity, high speed and mixing
3. The raw material that large in granule and small in block and having adhesive property
4. Suitable for raw materials, its volume will be changed when dry, such as giantarum, polyacrylamide, etc.

Working Principle
Purified and heated air is introduced from the bottom through suction fan and passed through the screen plate of raw material. In the work chamber, the state of fluidization is formed through stirring and negative pressure. The moisture is evaporated and removed rapidly and the raw material is dried quickly

Machine structures
1. Inlet air system
The inlet air system consists of Primary filter(G4), Post filter (F8), high efficiency filter(H13 -optional)and heater with accurate temperature control. The inlet air flow, speed and pressure is variable and controllable. For the heater , it can be steam radiator ,electrical heater , gas furnace and so on .
2. Main Machine Structure
The main body structure consists of bottom bowl, movable product bowl with trolley , fluidized chamber, expansion chamber/filter housing. The bottom bowl, product container and fluidized chamber are inflatable silicon gasket sealed with compress air inspection sensor to assure the reliable sealing.
3. Product filter
The structured bag filter in one pieces (in case request, stainless steel filter available) is inflatable silicon gasket sealed between the expansion chamber inner surfaces with compress air inspection sensor to assure the reliable sealing.

Features
1.Fluid bed to achieve fast heat transmission of medium.

4.The equipment has no dead corner so it is easy to clean fully and there is no cross pollution;

7. For the electrical component  , we mainly use international brand such as ABB ,Siemens or Schneider.

8. Control system has more choices, such as push button , HMI+PLC and so on.                                         

9. Fan speed is controlled by VFD (Optional), and all process parameters can be recorded.

Application
1. It use to dry the granules from Granulating machine , such as YK Series Swaying Granulator and high speed wet mixing granulator , ZL Extruding Granulator.
2. Suitable for drying humidity block or powder raw material in Pharmaceutical, foodstuff, feed, chemical industries and so on fields.
3.Large granules, small blocks and adhesive material.
4.The materials that volumes might vary during drying process.

Optional Choices
For the main electrical components , we have international brand choices such as ABB , Siemens or Schneider or others.
For the material for the machine , we have choices on AISISUS304 , AISISUS316, ,carbon steel and so on .
For the control system , we have choices on push button, PLC+HMI and so on .
