Introduction of Hojama miniature ball screw:

The diameter of the anti-backlash miniature ball screw is from 4mm to 16mm. It provides precise motion for applications where space is tight. These super-rigid mini ball screws offer high performance and rigidity, making them ideal for use in small machines and advanced automation systems.

This high-efficiency miniature ball screw has an 8mm diameter and a 10mm lead. It comes with a standard nut, an end cover return, and a flanged round nut. The 8mm diameter ball screw is built to run smoothly and last a long time, making it a great choice for precise industrial equipment.

Installation and Protection of Ball Screws

(1) The hole of the nut seat and the nut must fit well. Also, the hole must be perpendicular to the end face.

(2) Keep abrasive particles and chemicals from getting into the screw-nut part. Dirt in the raceway will make the balls not work right and cause more wear. This ball screw part is very precise and gets worn easily, so protecting it is important. Check regularly if the connection between the ball screw support and the machine bed is loose, or if the support bearing is broken. If there are problems, tighten the loose parts right away and replace the support bearing.
