XH-50N/K75 is a solvent based polyurethane adhesive of two parts.

XH-50N/K75 pu adhesive glue is specialized for Aluminum foil Myra, such as one side cable aluminum Myra and two sides cable aluminum Myra.

XH-50N/K75 is a fast drying polyurethane glue. It is widely used in PET and AL interlayer composite.

After Myra film tensile testing, aluminum film pinhole degree is small, it is found that the Myra not easy to drop aluminum, it has a stable performance. XH-50N/K75 has a good adhesion and peeling strength. It is colorless or light yellow transparent viscous liquid.

Because the curing reaction rate of two-component polyurethane adhesive changes with the air temperature, and the time required for the inner and outer layers of the rolled film to reach the set curing temperature is also different, the curing time should be appropriately extended in the case of low air temperature in winter and for large rolled film and AL-containing multilayer composite film, so as to avoid the occurrence of abnormal quality phenomena such as heat sealing, curling, delamination and unevenness of the composite film caused by incomplete curing and cross-linking of the two components of the adhesive.
