Tetra-n-butylammonium bisulfate(TBAHS) Cas:32503-27-8 can be used for the determination of oxalic acid in plant tissues and root exudates by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography, as a substance in aqueous solution systems. Tetra-n-butylammonium hydrogen sulfate (TBAHS) Cas:32503-27-8 is used as an organic synthesis reagent and phase transfer catalyst. The products method of TBAHS Cas No.:32503-27-8 are as belows:Add 185kg of iodobutane and 185kg of tributylamine into the reaction kettle in sequence, add 500L of acetonitrile as the solvent, and heat and reflux under stirring for 1 hour. Cool to room temperature, add 140kg of methyl hydrogen sulfate, reflux for 8 hours. Evaporate the byproduct iodobutane and then reduce the pressure to evaporate acetonitrile. Add dilute hydrochloric acid to the residue for acidic hydrolysis, and feed the hydrolysis product into a distillation tower to first evaporate methanol and water, and then steam the product tetra-n-butylammonium hydrogen sulfate under reduced pressure. Dilute with ethyl acetate to obtain pure tetrabutylammonium bisulfate Cas:32503-27-8.
