Dyestuff Air Circulating Oven Description

Dyestuff Air Circulating Oven adopts the forced circulation of hot air inside the chamber of the oven. In the drying chamber, hot air rises above and the hot air reaches the top of the chamber. Then, hot air is circulated back to the bottom by a fan installed inside the chamber and hence the optimum amount of heat is achieved gradually inside the oven. The drying is the process that the materials heated in the trays with hot air circle, the wet moisture takes out from material will be exhausted outside at the same time.

CT-C series Dyestuff Dryer Machine adopts noise elimination and thermal stable axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system. The entire circulation system is enclosed to make that the heat efficiency of the drying oven increases from 3-7% of the traditional drying oven to 35-40% of the present one. The highest heat efficiency can be up to 50%.

Dyestuff Hot Air Oven Main Features:

1. Options of heat source: steam, electricity, or far infrared, or both steam electricity.

2. Drying temperature of Dyestuff Air Circulating Oven: steam heating 50-130˚C, Max.140˚C.

3. Machine use the automatic control system and computer control system

4. Commonly using steam pressure 0.2-0.8MPa(2-8 bar), if machine heated by steam (steam supplied by client)

5. For CT-C-O, electric heated, rated power consumption:9kW, real consumption : 3-5kW/h.

6. For operation temperature of over 140˚C or less than 60˚C, please indicate when order.

7. The ovens and baking trays made by our factory are standard dimensions (640x460x45mm), and can be exchanged each other.

8. Baking tray also drill hole if client have detail requirement.

9. Erbang Drying can design and manufacture the explosion proof hot air oven to dry the Flammable and explosive materials.

10.Erbang can design the Dyestuff Hot Air Oven that set working time and delaying turn off fan so that reduce the heater hot energy gather inside the hot air chest.

11. Machine materials : AISISUS304 , AISISUS316L, and other material .

12. For the electrical component  , we mainly use international brand such as ABB ,Siemens or Schneider.

13. Smooth running, reliable performance, easy operation.

14. Highly polished inner and outer surfaces of the machine, no dead comer, easy to clear, no cross contamination. Confining to the requirement of GMP.
