1.If we can get free sample ?

Yes, we can provide free sample in pcs for test the quality and make the candle test , and if more specification of the candle wicks sample need, welcome to talk with us ,and we can check the details cost for you! 

2.How can you promise the quality？

We are supplier of the candles products more than ten years, we have strictly control system in quality , so quality must be excellent which provide to customer, we know the quality is soul for the goods,and we can provide the free sample for test ,we also accept customized specification .

3.What about the deliver and shipping ?

Deliver time is about 20-25days for normal production Shipping way by sea and by air, if by air we choose the fedex, DHL,UPS which is safety and fast for ship , if by sea we provide the Cosco,MSC,CMA etc which is cheap cost and big shipment company  

4.How about the Payment way?

Small order which less than 50000$ ,we would like 100% TT in advance, that will be save money for each other, and we can provide the online payment way which is safe for customer , if large order we accept 30% TT in advance ,we can talk each other according the order situation for details

5.What about the after sale service ?

Once you make order to us, we have the special service person charge the order for you, from the order payment, design confirm, production quality control , the person will be follow with you all the process, and provide the photo which process is going on, and if you have any question also can contact with our manager who can give you answer all the time !
