Traditional hydraulic oil system is powered by motor and pump. When the tonnage is confirmed, the faster pressing speed it is, the more motor power and pump flow are required. By analyzing the required oil flow each running step needs, we storage the additional energy generated during slow pressing via electromagnetic valves to the accumulator. And during fast pressing, signal will be transferred to the electromagnetic to start the accumulator. Then additional energy will be released to supplement the fast pressing. This is achieved by adding multiple sets of energy accumulators. Therefore we improve the pressing speed and production efficiency.
