Aluminum alloy (tensile strength ≥510MPa, yield strength ≥455MPa), with hard anodizing treatment (film thickness ≥50μm), improves wear resistance by 50%, meeting the wear requirements of frequent landing gear retraction and extension. Aero Engine Components: Engine components need to withstand high temperatures and pressures. Customized forged aluminum alloy parts can meet the requirements of precision and durability: ① Engine compressor blades: Customized "thin irregular blades" (thinnest part ≤2mm), using "precision die forging + CNC milling" process, blade profile tolerance controlled within ±0.05mm, ensuring smooth airflow. The material is 6061-T651 aluminum alloy, with a strength retention rate ≥90% at 150℃; ② Engine casing: Customized "annular casing" (inner diameter up to 1.2m) according to engine power, using "ring forging" process, wall thickness uniformity error ≤0.3mm, surface roughness Ra≤1.6μm, meeting the airtightness requirements of high-speed engine operation. (III) Industrial Machinery Sector: Adapting Heavy Load and Durability Requirements Industrial machinery (such as construction machinery and machine tools) has a prominent demand for "heavy load, wear resistance, and impact resistance" in its components.
