【Product overview】

     CB-220 leveling agent is a polyether-modified polydimethylsiloxane surface control additive.It has excellent compatibility and can be used into solvent-based, UV-cured, and water-based systems.

     The most outstanding features of CB-220 is rapid leveling, low surface tension, and improved substrate wetting. Secondly, it has recoatability and slightly increase surface smoothness of the coating film

 【Application and addition amount】

     Used for paper varnish and printing ink or inkjet ink, add 0.3%--1% to achieve high gloss and high transparency with extremely low foam stability.

     Used for plastic paints, industrial coatings and decorative coatings, adding 0.1%--1% can achieve fast leveling effect and excellent substrate wettability.

     Used for wood paint and leather paint, adding 0.2%--0.5% can achieve fast leveling effect and good transparency.
