Alkali resistant fiberglass mesh  is a special alkali resistant fiberglass yarn woven into fiberglass mesh cloth by high quality alkali glue treatment, the product has high strength, good alkali resistance, never rot and other excellent properties. Mainly used in internal and external wall materials, light partition wall, gypsum board, stone back reinforcement, is it the most ideal engineering building reinforcement anti-crack material. 

(1)We can provide a wide range of mesh sizes from 2mm to 20mm, from 25 grams per square meter to 500 grams per square meter. 

The main product specifications are as follows: mesh size 5mmx5mm, 4mm x 4mm,10mm x 10mm,  gram weight is 75g/m2, 90g/m2, 100g/m2, 120g/m2, 135g/m2, 145g/m2, 160g/m2, etc. 

In addition, there are special specifications of 2.85mmx2.85mm, 2mmx 1mm plain cloth. 

The color of the mesh can be white, yellow, blue ，green, red, purple, etc.  according to the customer's requirements.

2)The coating on the surface of these fakes is urea-formaldehyde glue, which is not alkali resistant. If the retention rate after alkali resistance is left after construction, it is not qualified at all. 

After the construction, not much time, the yarn was alkaline corroded by cement, resulting in wall cracking, insulation board and wall falling off, Turkish customers bought a lot of these shoddy mesh, the earthquake caused the walls of houses to crack down and kill many people, Turkish customers bought a lot of these shoddy mesh with a very low price, 20%-40% lower than our qualified mesh, when the earthquake caused the walls of houses to crack down, it killed many people, and the Turkish government arrested many builders and suppliers then.

3) While our products, the yarn is alkali resistant, the surface coated with high-quality the chemical materials used for alkali resistant coating is from domestic German BASF joint venture factory,  it can make our products alkali resistant retention rate to reach the European standard at least 80%, and alkali resistant strength of 1000N/50mm or more. Our products have been tested by the European ETAG authority. After construction, the wall does not crack, the insulation board does not fall off, it has been sold in the European and American markets for 25 years.
