1. The X/Y/Z three-axis of Taiqun Precision Machinery Parts and Product Processing Center adopts high-precision linear slide rails to ensure the positioning accuracy of the machine when running at high speed.

2. Taiqun Precision Machinery parts and key parts such as the product machining center bed and spindle are made of Meehanite cast iron. After 3D dynamic finite element analysis, it has good stability and high strength, ensuring that the accuracy of high-speed cutting is stable and reliable.

3. The ball screws of the three-axis transmission all use Taiwan C3 grade nut pair ball screws, which have a large contact area and can withstand larger loads and have strong load-bearing capacity. The motor end and tail end bearings of the ball screws are all imported C4 grade combinations. High-speed bearings and three-axis ball screws are all pre-stretched to ensure stable performance and improve axial power transmission efficiency.

4. Extra wide base, wider and longer saddle, strong structure, ensuring heavy load capacity during processing. The "herringbone" column design has a solid structure and can effectively maintain stability and load-bearing capacity during high-speed displacement.
