The ball spline is a new type of linear motion system. The steel balls installed in the spline nut can perform smooth linear motion on the precise ground rolling surface of the spline shaft while transmitting torque.

The low-friction ball spline is mainly composed of a spline nut and a spline shaft：

1. Spline Nut:

The spline nut is a key part of the high-performance ball spline system. It has an internal raceway for steel balls, guiding their movement, transmitting load and torque, and ensuring system precision.

2. Spline Shaft

The high straightness spline shaft is machined with grooves of different numbers according to the number of rows of steel balls in the corresponding spline nut. The higher the straightness and roundness of the spline shafts are, the higher the precision of the ball spline will be.
