3. Intelligent pressure compensation, including real-time pressure compensation and automatic compensation for liquid level drop. The compensation mode can be selected in automatic and manual modes. High-precision pressure sensors are used to detect furnace pressure in real time.

4. Set up 6 independent cooling circuits. Each cooling circuit can choose to use gas or water cooling, and the 6 cooling channels have manual or time control methods.

5. Specially designed equipment diagnostic screen, production and alarm prompt functions are sound, so that on-site operators can find and eliminate faults.

6. The materials of the insulation furnace are all made of special furnace materials of the United Mine in the United States. The furnace materials and alloys are not wetted, the chemical properties are stable, and the service life is long. The insulation furnace has an over-temperature alarm function and a furnace door opening and closing limit safety protection device. Scope of application: Low-pressure casting machines are mainly used to produce aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy parts, such as automobile wheels in the automotive industry, cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, pistons, missile casings, impellers, guide wheels and other castings with complex shapes and high quality requirements.
