Machine introduction

1.This hydraulic press machine could be used in calibration process of shaft parts ,bearing and other similar parts .also could press-fit the shaft and sleeve parts , and this hydraulic press could be used the simple strip shape element stretch, mould ,blanking , coining and so on processing .

2.C Frame Hydraulic Press Machine is C type single structres, fusselage is adopted the whole CO2 welding of steel plate ,and passed through tempering aging treatment after welding, to make sure that fuselage never warps.

3.The hydraulic control adopts a two-way cartridge valve integrated system, which is reliable in operation, long in service life, small in hydraulic impact, and reduces connection management and leakage points.

4.The hydraulic system is equipped with a pressure pre-discharge device with low hydraulic impact.

5.Independent electrical control system, reliable operation, intuitive operation and convenient maintenance.

6.It adopts button centralized control and has three operation modes: adjustment, manual and semi-automatic (semi-automatic can be divided into fixed-time single-time and constant-pressure single-time).

7.The working pressure of the slider, the free-running direction of the no-load, and the range of the slow-speed working can be adjusted according to the process requirements.

8.Modular design, Non-standard Equipment customization according to your specifications.

9.The power consumption of Electric Servo Press is reduced by 75~80%.
