PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The properties of PA66 + 30%GF glass fiber reinforced nylon are as follows:

1. Improve the water absorption rate of nylon and improve the dimensional stability of the product.

2. Improve the mechanical strength of nylon to achieve the strength of metal materials and replace metal.

3. Improve the low temperature resistance of nylon and enhance the environmental strain resistance of nylon.

4. Improve the wear resistance of nylon to adapt to occasions that have higher requirements for wear resistance.

5. Improve the heat resistance of nylon to adapt to areas under high temperature conditions, such as car engines.

6. Reduce nylon costs and improve product competitiveness.

Cooling Systems: Radiator end tanks, coolant reservoirs, thermostat housings, water pump components.

Engine Covers & Components: Rocker covers, oil caps, sensor housings.

Charge Air Systems: Charge air cooler (intercooler) end caps and housings.
