1、Bandwidth specifications

PVG Solid Woven Flame-resistance Conveyor Belt Common widths: generally 650mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1400mm, 1600mm, etc.

Special width requirements: Depending on the specific conveying equipment and scene, there may be other width specifications such as 1800mm, but they are relatively rare.

Thickness specification of covering layer

PVG Conveyor Belt Standard thickness: The upper and lower covering layers are usually made of a combination of nitrile rubber and PVC, with a single-sided thickness generally between 1.5mm-4.5mm.

Thickening the cover layer: In some special requirements, such as high requirements for the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the PVG Solid Woven Belt, the thickness of the cover layer may increase. For example, in some usage scenarios, it may be required to thicken the top cover adhesive by 2mm.

2、Length specifications

Conventional length: Generally supplied in the form of 100 meters per roll, but in actual use, it can be cut and spliced according to the conveying distance and equipment requirements.

Customized length: If the conveying distance is long or there are special installation requirements, longer conveyor belt lengths can also be customized, ranging from several hundred meters to even thousands of meters, but factors such as transportation, installation, and joint handling need to be considered.
