Structure and Composition

• Steel Cord：The High Temperature Resistant Steel Cord Conveyor Belt uses high-strength steel wire ropes as the skeleton. These steel wire ropes are usually made of high-quality steel wires twisted in a specific way and are evenly arranged longitudinally in the belt, providing extremely high tensile strength.
• Cover Rubber：The cover rubber layer, which is in direct contact with the conveyed materials, is made of special high-temperature-resistant rubber materials, such as silicone rubber or fluororubber. These materials can maintain good flexibility and mechanical properties at high temperatures, effectively protecting the steel cord inside and ensuring the normal operation of the conveyor belt in a high-temperature environment.
• Adhesive Layer：Advanced adhesive technology and high-performance adhesive materials are used between the steel cord and the cover rubber to ensure a firm bond between them, preventing delamination under the action of high temperature and high tension.

Performance Advantages

• High Temperature Resistance：It can stably operate in high-temperature environments and is capable of conveying high-temperature materials. For example, it can transport cement clinker with a temperature of 1000 - 1450°C and sintered ore with a temperature of about 1000 - 1200°C, continuously and safely.
• High Tensile Strength：Thanks to the steel cord core, its tensile strength is much higher than that of ordinary High Temperature Resistant Steel Belt. It can meet the requirements of long-distance and large-capacity conveying, and can bear the weight of a large amount of materials and the tension during the conveying process.
• Good Impact Resistance：During the conveying process, for some blocky high-temperature materials, such as large pieces of ore or clinker, the conveyor belt can effectively resist their impact. The steel cord core provides good toughness and elasticity, enabling the Temperature Resistant Steel Belt to quickly return to its original shape when subjected to impact, reducing material damage to the conveyor belt.
