Thick sheet thermoforming is an advanced plastic processing technology, which transforms plastic sheets into three-dimensional parts through specific heating and molding processes. It is especially suitable for producing plastic parts with large thickness (usually more than 2mm), which often have large area and height and are very common in producing automotive plastic parts.

We offer mutiple processing service,such as vacuum forming, thermoforming, rotational molding, CNC machining, to many different fields including medical device, machinery plastic parts, intelligent robot , industrial equipment plastic housing,automotive plastic parts and other mechanical parts housings, etc.

The basis of vacuum forming is to heat the plastic sheet to a suitable temperature to make it soft and plastic. Subsequently, by air pressure difference or mechanical pressure, the sheet is stretched and attached to the surface of the mold to form the required shape. After cooling and curing, the required parts are finally obtained through precise cutting and trimming procedures.
