PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

1. High Gloss and Surface Finish

PMMA/ASA granules exhibit exceptional surface brightness due to PMMA's inherent transparency and ASA's rubber-like phase, which enhances light reflection. This property allows for a "paint-free" finish, mimicking the aesthetic of traditional painted surfaces without environmental pollutants .

2. Weather Resistance

The ASA component provides superior UV resistance, maintaining color stability and mechanical properties under prolonged UV exposure. PMMA/ASA alloys resist discoloration, cracking, and fading, even in harsh climates, making them ideal for outdoor automotive components .

3. Impact and Chemical Resistance

The blend of PMMA and ASA improves toughness compared to neat PMMA. ASA's rubbery phase (acrylate-styrene-acrylonitrile) enhances impact resistance, while PMMA contributes rigidity. The alloy withstands mechanical stress and resists chemicals like acids, alkalis, and solvents .

4. Thermal Stability
