“PA6 GF30” is a reinforced nylon material, with 30% glass fiber (GF) added. The following is a detailed description of the properties and uses of this material:

Characteristics：

High strength and rigidity: Due to the addition of 30% glass fibers, it has higher strength and rigidity and better mechanical properties compared to pure PA6.

Good dimensional stability: The glass fibers enhance the dimensional stability of the material, reducing the effects of thermal expansion and contraction.

Excellent chemical resistance: PA6 itself has good chemical resistance, especially to oils, fuels and other chemicals.

Better abrasion resistance: The addition of glass fibers improves the material's abrasion resistance, allowing it to perform well in friction environments.

Lower water absorption: Compared to pure PA6, PA6 GF30 has a lower water absorption rate, which maintains a more consistent performance.
