Mechanical & Thermal Performance

High impact strength (retained at -30°C) from PC phase; flowability from ABS for complex molding.

Heat deflection temperature (HDT): 110–125°C; withstands automotive under-hood environments.

Hydrolysis resistance: <15% impact strength drop after 1,000 hrs at 85°C/85% RH.

Sustainability

Recycled-content grades (e.g., 25% post-industrial recycle) maintain >89% mechanical properties.
