The ball splines ingeniously utilize the balls installed inside the outer cylinder of the spline shaft, enabling them to roll smoothly in the precisely ground raceway and then efficiently transmit torque. It features a unique contact angle design with a contact angle as high as 40°, which endows it with extremely high sensitivity and load-carrying capacity, allowing it to handle various complex working conditions easily.

The linear ball spline exhibits high performance in lead accuracy, and the precision can reach three levels: N (Normal, ordinary level), H (High, advanced level), and P (Precision, precision level), which can be flexibly adapted according to different application needs. As for the SLF series ball spline, 2 or 4 rows of load-bearing balls are carefully arranged on the outer diameter of the spline shaft, and the Gothic design concept is introduced to ensure that the balls can bear forces in both directions, synchronously carrying the torque in clockwise and counterclockwise directions, providing a solid guarantee for the service life and rigidity of the product. At the same time, each row of steel balls is equipped with a professional circulator installed in the spline nut, ensuring that the balls continue to circulate smoothly within the entire row. In this way, even if the spline shaft is temporarily withdrawn from the spline nut, the balls will not fall off, greatly enhancing the operational convenience and the simplicity of equipment maintenance.
