Product Performance And Characteristics

The dustbin matched by the carriage detachable garbage truck is the mobile horizontal compression dustbin, equipped with four casters and locking device at the bottom, and a lifting ring at the front, which can be lifted or unloaded from the car body.

The drawhook is installed on the chassis of the car and used for lifting, unloading from the dustbin or dumping garbage.  It is mainly composed of hook arm, hook arm frame, auxiliary beam and hydraulic cylinder.  The secondary beam is mainly used to fix and support the dustbin with the chassis, and acts as the installation connecting frame of its other parts.  Pull arm, hook arm is mainly used for lifting, unloading from the dustbin and dumping garbage.  The hydraulic cylinder is the driving part of each action.

A balance valve is installed in the hook arm control oil path, so that the lifting force of the two cylinders is uniform and the movement speed of the two cylinders is synchronized.  At the same time, the motion can be kept in any position without sinking, so that the motion is reliable and safe.
