XZB/C-350 rubber injection molding machine is a kind of advanced rubber molding quipment which mainly applies to production of ruber parts with complex shapes and small size ,especially the angle joining of various rubber seals.

Features:                                                                                    

1,the machine frame adopts C-shaped structure which allows larger operation space;

2,first mold locking cylinder locks the mold and then injection cylinder inject the rubber into mold cacity at a uniform speed,making the products have high density ,les flash ,even and stable physical and mechannical properties ,object points of accurate dimension and not easy to damage mold;

3,all cylinder sealing uses Japanese NOK seals featuring reliable sealing and long wervice life;

4,with manual and semi-auto working modes for iption,it realizes convenient operation ,quick response and low labor intensity;

5,control system adopts PLC with stable control program and high control precision which eliminates errors;

6,text interface makes parameter setting convenient and quick;

7,pressing haed uses infraed red protection unit to improve machine's iperation safety;

8,hand-pull device of mold.
