Tensioning device maintenance
Every six months or 1000 hours of operation, the excavator needs to release the grease in the tension cylinder, retract the cylinder by about 5 centimeters, and re tension the track to the normal position: repeat 3 times. Clean and replace the air conditioner filter
Cleaning the filter
Circulating air filter - every 500 hours
Fresh air filter - every 250 hours
Replace filter
Circulating air filter - in case of severe blockage
Fresh air filter - after approximately 10 sweeps
Attention: Use low-pressure (less than 0.2 MPa) compressed air for cleaning. Call away people around, be careful of debris flying out, and wear personal protective equipment, including eye protection!
