Performance overview

Amer SF46 is a new generation of bio-stable, high-performance semi-synthetic water-soluble cutting fluid. It contains extreme pressure lubricants such as non-chloride and ester, and has excellent lubricating performance and outstanding rust resistance. It is especially suitable for the cutting and grinding of cast iron, medium and low carbon steel, and can also be used for the processing of copper alloys and aluminum profiles.

Main advantage

Add high-efficiency anti-rust additives to provide long-term anti-rust effect on ferrous metals.

The unique lubricating additive enables the workpiece to obtain an excellent surface finish and effectively prolong the tool life.

In the process of cutting and grinding, it can effectively clean the debris generated in the process, and ensure that the surface of the machine and the product is clean and free of adhesion.

Provides excellent protection against bacteria and mold, extending service life and minimizing emissions.

Main application

Mainly used for cast iron grinding and cutting, generally according to different processes, the water ratio is 1:10-1:25.

It is also suitable for CNC machining of carbon steel, copper, aluminum, etc.

Attentions

Customers choose the appropriate water mixing ratio according to their own processing material requirements to reduce waste. Generally, the higher the concentration, the better the rust prevention and lubrication effect.

If the stock solution is stored for a long time, the appearance will turn slightly yellow, which is a normal phenomenon and will not affect the processing effect.

Do not mix with other cutting fluids when using. Please add stock solution and water in proportion when replenishing liquid. Water cannot be replenished directly.
