Performance overvie

This product is light yellow transparent, using temperature of 40-80℃, can keep the surface brightness of the heated workpiece during the quenching process, control oil adhesion,workpiece cleaning, ensure the surface hardness and specific metallographic structure required by the quenching material.

Suitable for grid-belt conveyor continuous furnace for precision 6-7, strength 800-1200mpa general standard parts quenching.
