Pressure sensor, fuel supply pump, ECU (electronic control unit) electronically controlled injector, common rail pipe, common rail pressure sensor, oil-water separator, fuel fine filter, wiring harness and CAN bus, etc. The working principle is based on Weichai Blueking WP12 series electronic control Take a high-pressure common rail diesel engine as an example: First, the diesel oil flows from the fuel tank to the oil-water separator to filter impurities and separate free water in the diesel oil. The coarsely filtered diesel oil flows to the ECU heat sink to dissipate heat for the ECU, and then passes through the fuel pump to increase a certain pressure. Go to the fuel fine filter to finely filter small impurities, and the finely filtered diesel oil flows to the fuel supply pump to control the fuel supply through the PCV valve of the fuel metering unit.
